Do you offer month-to-month rentals?
Yes! We do offer month-to-month agreements but have discounted rates for longer term rentals.
What types of vehicles can I store at NOCO Premier RV & Boat Storage?
Pretty much any type of vehicle that will fit in our large indoor storage units. RV’s, motor homes, fifth-wheel campers, trailers, boats, cars, personal watercraft, and motorcycles. Our completely enclosed units are also ideal for commercial storage.
I need temporary storage for my business; can you help?
Absolutely! Our 1,000 sqft. units are fully enclosed, heated, and have 30-amp electric service – perfect for commercial storage. As long as you aren’t “running” your business out of the unit, it can be a perfect storage solution. Ideal for construction firms, electrical and plumbing contractors, or others that need seasonal storage.
What about trash and sewage?
We have an on-site sewer dump and dumpsters available for your trash.
How secure are the units?
The entire facility is fenced and access is through a gated access point. Each unit has an automatic overhead door that is controlled by a keypad. Additionally, the facility manager lives on-site and security cameras are in place on all buildings.
What are the access times?
Your unit can be accessed 24-hours-a-day, seven days-a-week with an authorized access code.
Insurance
Proof of insurance or ownership is required.
